Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
In-Store Purchases
Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Online Orders
Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or pickup, or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, altered, or are missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized, Discontinued, or School-Specific Items
Items that have been altered, customized, discontinued, or items that become obsolete due to a school uniform change, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Back-to-School Exchange Window
Items purchased between June 1 and August 31 may be exchanged until September 30, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items that show signs of normal wear or improper care will not be considered defective.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Uncollected Orders
Orders that remain uncollected for six months after the customer has been notified that the order is ready for pickup will be returned to stock and a store credit for the purchase amount will be applied to the customer’s account.
This credit may be used toward any future purchase. Store credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are subject to the cash available in-store at the time of the return. If sufficient cash is not available, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
