We are currently hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Richmond Hill location.
This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting team development, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with store leadership to support daily operations, staff training, scheduling, customer experience, and overall store performance.
Position Overview
As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the Richmond Hill store during both peak and non-peak seasons. You will help lead the sales floor, support staff training and development, assist with operational processes, and ensure a positive experience for students, families, and school partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and sales floor management
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding
- Help maintain scheduling and store coverage requirements
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism
- Support inventory organization, merchandising, and replenishment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with store leadership and Head Office teams
- Help drive store performance and operational goals

- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and supporting a team

Summer Retail Sales Associate
We are hiring Summer Retail Sales Associates to support our busy back-to-school season across select InSchoolwear locations.
In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced retail environment helping students and families find the right uniform pieces with confidence. You’ll assist with fittings and sizing, support customers on the sales floor, process transactions through our POS system, and help maintain a clean, organized store.
This is a hands-on, team-focused role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive, customer-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with uniform selection, sizing, and fittings
- Provide friendly and efficient service on the sales floor
- Process purchases and transactions accurately
- Restock and organize merchandise
- Support overall store operations during peak periods
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
